We are a privately owned food processing company based in Pakistan, with a rich history dating back to our establishment in 1973. Our expertise lies in the processing of Pakistani Rice and Himalayan Rock Salt. With over 45 years of dedicated service, we take pride in serving the global food industry by consistently delivering top-quality products to our customers across numerous countries worldwide.

RICE PROCESSING UNIT
We established our Rice processing mill in 1989 when the Government of Pakistan allow the export of Rice by the private sector. Before 1989 there was an embargo on Rice export by private entities
With an extensive background in farming and owning large acres of agricultural lands, we established a Rice processing unit to supply Rice in different countries.
We are among the first few companies that entered the Rice processing industry and started exporting Rice to the Gulf region, gradually expanding our market in European, Middle East, and Oceania countries. Currently, we are operating two units for Rice processing in Karachi and exporting to more than 15 countries worldwide.

HIMALAYAN ROCK SALT
In 1975, Shahpur Industries ventured into the global export market with the pioneering product of Himalayan Rock Salt. At that time, the processing and export of Himalayan Rock Salt were relatively uncommon, with only a handful of companies engaged in such endeavors.
From our humble beginnings, Shahpur Industries has been dedicated to the processing and export of Himalayan Rock Salt for diverse applications. Our salt is utilized for edible purposes, animal feeds, food processing, and various industrial applications. Since those early days, we have consistently evolved to meet the various demands of the global market.
