Himalayan Black Salt is a distinct quality Salt, made purely from Himalayan Rock Salt and Infused with herb. Widely use in Asian dishes as seasoning and enhancing the food taste. Due to its strong flavor and aroma, it is used in small amount, mostly as a topping for Salad and snacks. Despite its name, the color of the Black Salt is not actually black but ranges between Purplish and black.
